Benefiting Light of the World Clinic

Signature Grand will be filled with more than 500 guests celebrating the 28th anniversary of the Light of the World Clinic on February 17, 2017.
The Light of the World Clinic was founded in 1989 by the late Dr. Erwin Vasquez, to serve Broward’s needy families access to primary medical care as well as medications for qualifying uninsured children and adults, free of charge.
More than 45 volunteer physicians and healthcare providers under the supervision of Dr. Ricardo Reyes, Medical Director, give of their time and expertise in providing caring, general and specialized healthcare services to more than 12 ,000 people a year, saving taxpayers millions of dollars from these families not entering the public health emergency rooms.

La Clínica Luz del Mundo fue fundada en 1989 por el fallecido Dr. Erwin Vasquez, para servir a las familias más necesitadas del condado de Broward, ofreciendo de forma gratuita cuidados médicos de primera y medicamentos para niños y adultos que no posean seguro.
Más de 45 médicos voluntarios y profesionales de la salud bajo la supervisión del Dr. Ricardo Reyes, Director Médico, donan su tiempo y experiencia para el cuidado general y especializado a más de 12.000 personas al año, ahorrándole a los contribuyentes millones de dólares de estas familias que no ingresan a las salas de emergencia de salud pública.
